Thomas, who lives in San Francisco, took 7,002 bitcoins in the year 2011. Today it has become equal to US $ 245 million i.e. 1800 crore rupees. But he cannot redeem this money even if he wants to. They are stuck in a strange problem.
Thomas had saved all these bitcoin passwords in the encryption device, but now they have forgotten their password. Thomas has entered 8 wrong passwords so far and the hard drive provides 10 opportunities to a user. In this case, he has only 2 chances. In a conversation with KGO TV, he said – My situation had deteriorated in the first few weeks. I started feeling very tense but now I have become very comfortable about my loss.
Thomas, who worked as a programmer, was born in Germany. They say that time has made their conditions better. He said that I feel that time works like an ointment and with the passage of time, I have become much better. I had a feeling that it was affecting my mental health. After sharing his story in a conversation with the New York Times, Thomas had become quite viral and he was receiving many strange suggestions. He said that a man was telling me that he could get some futurists to talk to me. The same person was suggesting me to take some kind of drugs, so that I can remember my password. He said that earlier I started living in depression after thinking about all this, but now I have become cool with time.
Money can be used only after full proof of cracking password
However Thomas is currently not taking any suggestions and he still has one last hope. They will not try 2 Attempt now and in future, if someone comes up with a full proof idea of cracking the password then they can use it. That is, despite having money, they will not be able to use it at the moment.
