The Center says that the Kumbh Mela is the biggest fair not only religiously but also according to the mass gathering. For this, the Center has asked to implement some strict provisions. For example, no devotee will be able to come to the Mahakumbh without registration and RTPCR negative report without Kovid. The state government will now issue its SOP on this advisory of the Center. In view of this, churning has started at the governance level. Secretary Urban Development Shailes Bagoli says that in this regard, two rounds of meetings have been held at the level of Chief Secretary and CM. Fair officer Haridwar has been asked to determine the capacity along with the social distancing of the Ghats of Kumbh. After this, the state government will decide how many devotees should be allowed to enter Haridwar in one day in Haridwar Mahakumbh.
