Following the SOP, schools from class six to 12 will open offline. It was stamped in the Trivendra Cabinet meeting held on Saturday. After approval by the cabinet, only the government’s SOP is waiting for the school to open on February 8, which will be released in a day or two.

Dehradun. All private and government schools in Uttarakhand are going to open from next February 8. On Saturday, the cabinet meeting of Trivendra Rawat Government was given a green signal to open schools. Education department officials had been brainstorming to open the school for a long time, the proposal was passed by the cabinet on Saturday. Instructions were already given by the state Education Minister Arvind Pandey to the officials to make a proposal for the school Reopen, although the state government will issue SOP for this.

Following the SOP, schools from class six to 12 will open offline. It was stamped in the Trivandra Cabinet meeting on Saturday. Earlier, Education Secretary R Meenakshi Sundaram has said that completion of their preparations for opening of schools. At the same time, the parents association is also in favor of opening the school. In addition, the school management has also said to open the school in view of the loss of students’ education.

After approval by the cabinet, only the government’s SOP is waiting for the school to open on February 8, which will be released in a day or two. Currently, both online and offline board classes are being conducted, but now children above class six will be called to school from February 8.

Principal Progressive School Association will also hold a meeting on how to teach schools to students by following social distancing as per rules.
