Oatmeal – 1 cup
Cauliflower – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Carrot – 1 (finely chopped)
Capsicum – 1 (cut)
Tomatoes finely chopped – 2
Green peas – 1/2 cup
Ghee / Oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch long piece (finely chopped)
Coriander – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt – as per taste

Recipe for making Oatmeal Casserole

To make oatmeal casserole, first heat half a teaspoon of ghee in the pan, add oatmeal to it and fry it continuously with a spoon until it becomes light brown. Now add oatmeal and at least 3 cups of water in the cooker and cook the oatmeal till one whistle. After this, turn off the heat.
