Egg Curry Recipe: You can make egg curry recipe at lunch or dinner anytime. You must have made many eggs. This time try making egg curry. This cook is as easy as it is tasty. It is made by adding boiled eggs to spicy gravy. Also, urad dal is tempered in it. Onion, tomatoes and spices are all added to egg curry. The tempering of red chilli and urad dal gives a different taste to the curry. Serve egg curry with plain roti or eat it with paratha, rice, biryani, casserole, it looks delicious in every way. Ingredients for making egg curry
4 eggs (boiled)
2 tablespoons oil
10-12 curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 onions (cut into pieces)
1 peeled ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
½ kg tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
2 tablespoons Urad Dal

How to make egg curry

First boil the eggs and peel them and keep them aside. Now heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves and mustard seeds to it and let them crack. Now add onion and ginger to it. Now let the onion become soft and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Now add turmeric and red chili powder and stir well. Add tomatoes and salt to it and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. After this add green coriander and eggs. To make the tempering, add 1 tablespoon urad dal in hot oil and fry it till it becomes crispy. Now spread this tempering on the curry. Your hot egg curry is ready.
