Ingredients for making pea-samosa
Maida – 2 bowl
Ghee or oil – 1/3 bowl
Celery – 1/2 small spoon
Salt – as per taste
Oil (for frying samosa) – as required

Stuffing

2 boiled potato medium
Green peas – 1 cup
Cumin seeds – 1 small spoon
Ginger – 1 small spoon
Garlic (if you want) – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 small spoon
Chaat Masala – 1/2 small spoon
Green chili finely chopped – 1
Coriander chopped finely – 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1 small spoon
Cumin powder – 1/2 small spoon
Red chili powder – 1 small spoon
Paneer – 50 grams
Cashew – 4 chopped
Raisins – 1 small spoon
Salt – as per taste

Method of preparation of Pea-Samosa
Knead the dough to make the samosa. For this, take refined flour in a bowl and add melted ghee, celery and a little salt in it. Now mix it well and try it with your hand. If the dough starts to be made into laddus after pressing it by hand, it means that the amount of ghee is fine. If it is not, then add some more ghee. Now knead the dough by adding water slowly, the dough should not be too hard nor too soft. Now cover the dough and keep it aside so that the dough sets.

Now heat oil in a pan. Then add ginger paste, coriander, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, cashews and raisins and mix well. Then fry them for a few minutes. After this, add peas and mix it and stir well and fry for some time. Now you make small dough from the dough. After this, keep them rolled and fill the stuffing in them one by one. When all the samosas are ready, heat the oil in a pan and fry the samosas in it. When they turn brown, take them out. Your hot samosas are ready.
