Ingredients to make fenugreek raita
1/2 cup fenugreek leaves
1 cup yogurt
2 tsp garlic (sliced)
1 green chilli (cut into pieces)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Black salt to taste
Oil (for tempering)
Chaat masala to garnish
Method of making fenugreek raita
Heat the oil in a pan and fry cumin and garlic.
-To remove the raw smell of garlic, mix fenugreek leaves on high heat for one minute.
Add green chili, mix well and turn off the heat.
Let it cool for a while.
Mix the yogurt with a little black salt.
Add fenugreek-garlic mixture to it and mix everything together.
Garnish by adding chat masala.
