First of all, clean and chop spinach, tomatoes and ginger and keep aside.
After this, after heating a little water in a pan, boil spinach, tomatoes and ginger for a while.
After boiling, cool it and put it in the mixer and prepare a good paste.
After this, heat a cup of water in a pan, prepare and pour the mixture and cook it for some time.
After 3 to 4 minutes, add other ingredients and cook for a while.
After cooking for a while, add butter and lemon juice to the soup and stir once and turn off the gas.
Now take it out in a soup bowl and serve it hot.
If you want, you can serve it by adding cream on top.
