Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat today launched a loan scheme for farmers without interest.
The Uttarakhand government started a new scheme to give loans without interest to farmers. On Saturday, it was started in 100 places across the state. Under this, farmers have to get a loan of 3 lakh rupees, while farmers groups have to get 5 lakh rupees.

Scheme started in 100 places
Under this new scheme for farmers, farmers have been given loans without interest at 100 places all over the state on Saturday. Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat gave a check of 3 lakh rupees to the farmers in Dehradun, for which the farmer will not have to pay any interest. Similarly, checks were distributed to 25 thousand farmers at 100 places in the state. Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that the government is concerned about the farmers. Farmers also understand the intention of the government, so the loan that was initially given at the interest of 1 percent and 2 percent, the same loan is now being given without interest. If its results are good, then the government will consider more new plans for farmers.
Thanked the farmers for not getting into any deceptionAfter the impact of the farmer movement in Uttarakhand, the Chief Minister has thanked the farmers. From Dehradun’s platform, Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat thanked the farmers for the fact that they did not get misled by anyone before distributing loans without interest. The Chief Minister said that no other party can worry about the farmer better than the BJP.
Scheme started in 95 blocks of the state
With his talk, the Chief Minister started a new scheme of farmers. The scheme has been started simultaneously in 100 places with 95 blocks of the state. During this, the Chief Minister, Ministers, MPs and MLAs handed over checks of 3 lakh loans to farmers without interest. On the first day, a loan of about 300 crores was distributed among 25 thousand farmers.
This is the government’s plan
Let us tell you that according to the government’s plan, the farmer will get a loan of 3 lakhs without interest. At the same time, a loan of 5 lakh will be given to the group of farmers. For which farmers will have to contact any cooperative bank of the state. Lending with low interest to the farmer started in the year 2017 and lending without interest has started in the election year. The government hopes to get good support from farmers regarding this scheme.
