In fact, while talking to reporters on Friday, Mohania said that by August, a minister of Uttarakhand government and four BJP-Congress MLAs will soon join the Aam Aadmi Party. According to him, all these leaders will resign from the assembly. Since these MLAs do not want any by-election before the assembly elections.
