The Union Minister said that under the Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economics Corridor in the state of Andhra Pradesh, the development work of the 6-lane Korlam-Kantakapalle section of National Highway 130 CD worth Rs 772.70 crore has been approved.

The minister’s office tweeted, “Union Minister approved proposal for construction of 6-lane Kantakapalle-Sabbavaram section of National Highway 130CD for 824.29 crore and 6-lane Korlam-Kantakapalle of National Highway 130CD costing Rs 772.70 crore The development work of the block has also been approved.

Gadkari said that the 4-lane widening work of the urban link of National Highway 42 in Anantapur city of Andhra Pradesh has also been approved, costing Rs 311.93 crore. The minister also approved 2/4 laning of Rae Bareli-Jagdishpur section of National Highway 330A at a cost of 720.812 crore in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
