Ingredients for making royal stuffed potatoes
Potatoes – 4
Tomatoes – 6
Green coriander 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Refined flour – 2 tablespoons
Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp

Cashew – 4 cups finely chopped
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1.5 tsp

Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Cloves – 4
Black pepper – 8
Whole cardamom – 1
Salt – as per taste

How to make Shahi Stuffed Dum Aloo
To make this recipe, first break the paneer and make it crisp. Now add ginger, raisins, green chillies, ½ tsp salt and finely chopped cashews, coriander and mix well. Wash and peel the potatoes well. Cut the potato in half. Now hollow the potato with a knife or any sharp thing. After this, take potatoes and fill the stuffing in the hollowed part with the help of a spoon. Follow the same procedure with the rest of the potatoes. Make a slurry by adding a little water, salt to the flour. Now add stuffed potatoes and wrap in this batter. Now fry this potato in oil on low flame. When the potatoes are golden brown after frying, turn off the heat and take them out in a plate.

Make gravy like this
First put oil in the cooker and heat it. Now add cumin seeds and add tempering. After this, add cloves, black pepper, cinnamon and cardamom and fry while stirring. Add turmeric and coriander powder and fry it a little more. Now add tomato-ginger-green chilli-cashew paste and stir well and fry it by adding red chilli powder on top until the spices and oil start to look different. Now add Kasuri salt, Kasuri methi and 1 water to this spice and cook this gravy well till it comes to a boil.
After this, put potatoes in this gravy and close the lid of the cooker and let 1 whistle come. After the whistle, reduce the heat and let the potatoes cook on medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes. After this, turn off the heat and after 20 minutes, open the cooker. Your Shahi Stuffed Dum Aloo dish is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. You can eat it with roti, paratha and puri. Everyone will like its flavor.
