Tunde kebab
Mutton Mince – 200 grams
Cumin powder-1/2 chamchalong-4
Green cardamom-4

Salt-wise
Fennel-1/2 teaspoon
Poppy root – 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste – 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger paste – 1/2 teaspoon
Onion – 1 finely chopped

Rose water – 1 teaspoon
Gram flour – 1/2 cup
Oil – 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoon
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon

How to make tunde kebab
First of all, put all the spices in the mixer and grind them well.
After this, mix garlic-ginger paste and red chili powder with mutton mince in a vessel and mix it well.
Now mix the ground spices and other ingredients in the mutton mince mixture and keep it for a while.
After a while, take a little mince mixture and give it a shape of tikki.
Put oil / butter in the pan on the other side for heating. If you want, you can cook it on coal too.
After the oil is hot, add the minced meat and cook it till both sides are golden.
Now serve it with sauce or chutney.
