Gram flour – 1 cup
Spinach – 1 cup finely chopped
Oil – 2 tbsp
Green chili – 1 finely chopped
Ginger – 1 inch piece grated

Red chili – 1/8 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste

Method of preparation of spinach cheela
To make spinach chila, first take out the gram flour in a big vessel and add a little water to it and prepare a thin solution by stirring it with a spoon. After this, add green chili, ginger paste, parsley, red chili powder and spinach along with salt and mix it well. Now keep this solution covered for 10 minutes so that it swells. After this heat the nonstick griddle and apply some oil on it. After this, put 2 – 3 tablespoon of cheela on the batter pan and spread the cheela thinly with a spoon. Put a little oil around the cheela with a spoon and put a little oil on the cheela as well. Roast the cheela on the medium and the medium gas until it gets light brown spots from the bottom.
