In the study conducted to prepare this report, three things were kept in mind. The first is how much salary a CEO is getting based on the company’s past performance.

Sundar Pichai gets salary equal to 1085 employees
The interesting thing is that the highest paid CEO in this list is Sundar Pichai of Alphabet, who gets a salary of US $ 280,621,552. In comparison, the average salary for employees in Alphabet is $ 258,708. This shows that about 1085 employees will get salary as much as the salary of CEO in Alphabet. Mark Zuckerberg’s name also included
There are many social media companies in Silicon Valley. But Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has been included in this report as 73rd. Zuckerberg gets a salary of $ 23,314,973. They get $ 9,415,973 more than the average employee. The average salary of employees at Facebook is $ 2,47,977. That is, Mark Zuckerberg gets paid as much as the average salary of 94 employees of Facebook. This is extremely low compared to Microsoft and Alphabet.
