Citing a study by the Center for Science and Environment, the company has said that only 16 per cent of women have been able to resume jobs after the lockdown was relaxed.
Women who apply till March 15 will get bonus
The company said that under this initiative, this bonus will be given to women applying for the post of Product Developer, Quality Analyst and Technical Writers by 15 March. These women will have to join the company by 15 April.

Citing a study by the Center for Science and Environment, the company has said that only 16 per cent of women have been able to resume jobs after the lockdown was relaxed. The company’s founder Shihab Mohammed said that the report claimed that women’s participation in the workforce has come down to its lowest level. He said that to overcome this situation, all of us will have to do something.

Mohammed said that after joining bonus, we will start the first virtual hackathon ‘Hacker Flow’. Under this, developers, students and those interested in coding will be brought under one platform.
