Ingredients for making radish paratha
Radish – 2 large
3 cups flour
Green chili – 2 finely chopped
Coriander – A bowl finely chopped
A spoonful of Chaat Masala
A spoonful of cumin powder
Half a teaspoon celery
Ghee or Butter
Salt as per taste

Method of making radish paratha
To make Radish Paratha, first of all, mix flour, celery and salt in a large vessel and knead it well. After this clean and peel the radish and then grate it. Press the radish sticks slightly with the hand, so that its water drains out. Now mix green chilies, green coriander, chaat masala, cumin powder and salt in radish sticks and mix them well. Now make a round dough of flour and keep it on your hand and make a shape of puri. Now fill the mixture prepared for the paratha. Then fold it from all sides and close each edge. Flatten it slightly by hand and roll it lightly.
