Paneer – 100 grams
Celery – 5 grams
Flour – 40 grams
Fresh tomato puree – 200 grams

How to make Ajwaini Paneer Kofta Curry
To make Ajwaini Paneer Kofta Curry, firstly mash the paneer and mix flour, salt in it. After this, grease the palms by applying oil and then divide the mixture of this mashed paneer in equal parts. Draw a circle from each part. Now take a sphere and press it between your palms and give it a round shape like a tikki. Similarly, make raw koftas from the remaining balls. Now take these koftas out of the oil and place them on a paper napkin in a plate. Fry the remaining koftas in the same way. Now to make Kofta gravy, first boil the tomatoes and then make a puree and sieve. Now put a pan on medium flame on the gas and let the oil in it heat up. When the oil is hot, add celery and fry it for a minute. Then add tomato puree to it and let it cook for a while. After this add salt and degli chilli and let it cook for five more minutes.
