Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has announced a New scheme for tourist vehicle operators varpat

New Delhi. To promote the central government tourism, All India Tourist Permit will get a permit within 30 days of submission of online application. The new rules will come into effect from 1 April 2021. Its information is given on Sunday. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has announced a new scheme under which any tourist vehicle operator can apply for All India Tourist Authorization / Permit through online.

The new rule comes into force from 1 April 2021
It will be issued after depositing the relevant documents and depositing the fees. There is a time of 30 days to submit such application. According to the ministry, this new rule will be known as All India Tourist Vehicle Authorization and Permit Rules 2021. The new rules will come into effect from 1 April 2021. All existing permits will remain in force during their validity.

According to the Ministry of Transport, in this scheme, the tourist vehicle operators will get the flexibility of the period. Under this, the operator will be given a permit in three months and its coefficient. Permits can be granted for a maximum period of 3 years. The announcement of the new scheme for tourist vehicle operators allows issuance in online mode within 30 days of the submission of the application.
