Bank has given many options
SBI has said in its tweet that due to the upgrade on March 14, SBI customers may face difficulty in using the bank’s UPI platform. However, its options have also been told by the bank. The bank said that customers can use (Yono App), Yono Lite App, Net Banking (SBI Net Banking) or ATM (ATM). According to the information given by the bank, SBI users can use other digital channels of the bank as an option. According to SBI’s tweet, upgrading to UPI will not have any impact on these services.

Bank issued free helpline number
The bank said that customers can call toll free helpline number 1800111109 or call IVR number 1800-425-3800 / 1800-11-2211 to stop UPI service. Apart from this, one can lodge a complaint at https://cms.onlinesbi.sbi.com/cms/. Also, you can send a complaint by sending an SMS to the number 9223008333.

Bank strike will be on 15 and 16
A two-day strike has been called by the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) to protest against the proposed privatization of 2 state-owned banks. Many PSU banks of the country including SBI are joining this strike. Many banks, including SBI, Canara Bank, have informed their customers about this. Along with this, the bank had also told a few days ago that the impact of the strike can be seen on banking operations.
