The country’s independence is soon to complete 75 years and on this occasion, the ‘Amrit Mahotasav’ of Independence was organized at Gandhi Aashram in Ahmedabad.

New Delhi. Bollywood singer Jubin Nautiyal arrived to perform at the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, which started at the Gandhi Ashram. Zubin also met Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother Heeraben and took his blessings. The independence attained by the country is soon to complete 75 years and on this occasion, ‘Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav’ was organized at Gandhi Ashram in Ahmedabad.

On this day, Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi started the Dandi March from Sabarmati Ashram. The Prime Minister flagged off the journey from Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad to Dandi in Navsari district. Also, while addressing the rally of Dandi March, PM said that in our country salt means honesty.
