Ingredients for making Veg Manchurian:

Cabbage – 250 grams
Oil – to fry Manchurian
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Corn floor – 2 tablespoons
Cauliflower – 100 grams
Refined flour – 4 tablespoons
Salt – as per taste
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 teaspoons
Water – half a glass

Ingredients for making Manchurian Gravy:

Carrot – 1 (finely chopped)
Capsicum – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
Wiganer – 2 teaspoons
Soya sauce – 2 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste

Manchurian recipe:

Clean the cabbage and cauliflower properly and grate them and take them out in a big pot. Now add corn flour and maida to it and mix.

In this mix, add black pepper, red chilli, salt and ginger-garlic paste and mix it well.

– If the mixture seems too heavy, then add a little water to it. After this, make small balls of this mixture. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till they turn golden.

Manchurian gravy recipe:

– Heat the pan on low flame on the gas. Heat 2-3 spoons of oil in the pan. When oil is hot, add ginger, garlic and fry it. After frying the ginger and garlic, add all the vegetables (carrots, onions, capsicum and green chillies) and fry it well.

When the vegetables are cooked, mix sugar, salt and 2 teaspoons of sauce in it and a little flour and mix it in water. After cooking for a while, add water and cook.

– Once the gravy is thick, add prepared Manchurian balls to it and cook it well. Take your veg manchurian is ready.
