The company said in a statement on Friday that the agreement with SBI will make loans easily available to commercial vehicle buyers of Tata Motors.

New Delhi. Domestic vehicle manufacturer Tata Motors has signed a three-year MoU with the country’s largest bank SBI. Under this MoU, SBI will provide finance for the purchase of small and light commercial vehicles of the company.

The company said in a statement on Friday that the agreement with SBI will make loans easily available to commercial vehicle buyers of Tata Motors. They will also get access to SBI’s exclusive technology-based offering.

Apart from this, the bank will also offer easy loan structured scheme. This will help in reducing the price difference between BS-IV and BS-VI vehicles. Recently, Girish Wagh, President (Commercial Vehicle Business Unit) of Tata Motors, said, “Now you can say that the economic recovery is well and truly.” We are seeing that the GDP growth of the last quarter has been positive, the same is expected this year. For the next year, both the government and the RBI have estimated that GDP should grow at a rate of more than 10 per cent. ”

He had said, “We are seeing that the commercial vehicle segment should grow next year.” After two years of decline, we can return to the path of cyclical growth. Next year, we are expecting a growth of more than 30 per cent. We are expecting this for the entire industry. ”
