How to make Saffron Kulfi
First take milk in a pan and stir it on low flame. When the milk is hot, add condensed milk in the pan and keep stirring again. After a while add crushed cardamom. Keep stirring till the milk boils. Now add chopped cashews and almonds and boil the milk. On the other side, mix one spoon of milk with cardamom powder, saffron and corn flour and mix it in boiling milk.
Keep stirring until it thickens. Keep it on one side to cool down. When it cools down, pour this paste into Kulfi molds or small plastic or steel glass. Now keep these molds in the freezer for 7 to 8 hours. Serve cold by adding almonds and cashews to the kulfi.
