New Delhi. The Supreme Court has given its verdict today on the case of Tata Sons Limited, a Tata group company, and Cyrus Mistry of Shapoorji Pallonji Group. The Supreme Court has reversed the order of NCLAT, justifying the decision to remove Cyrus Mistry from the company’s board. A bench of Chief Justice SA Bobde, Justices AS Bopanna and V Ramasubramanian said that it is correct to remove Cyrus Mistry from the post of Chairman of Tata Sons. The apex court said that both Tata and Mistry groups should resolve the matter related to the share. The court reserved its decision in this case on 17 December.
