Ingredients for making semolina barfi
Semolina – 200 grams
Cashew chopped – 10
Almond chopped – 10
Cardamom crushed – 4
Sugar – 150 grams
Ghee – 100 grams

Recipe for making semolina barfi
To make semolina barfi, first heat 1/2 cup ghee in a pan, then add 1 cup semolina to it and fry it till it becomes light brown. After that take it out in a clean plate and let it cool. Now to make syrup, add 1/2 cup water and 3/4 cup sugar in a pan and cook it till the sugar dissolves well. Now put ghee in a plate. When the sugar dissolves, add roasted semolina to it and reduce it. Add chopped dry fruits and cardamom to it. Cook it while stirring until it thickens. After this, take it out in a bowl and try to give it a round shape. If it becomes round and freezes, then your mixer is ready to make semolina barfi. After this, take it out in a plate covered with ghee, spread it well and level it. Add cashew almond clipping from top and press it lightly and allow it to cool.

When the barfi cools down, make a mark on it with a knife. When it cools completely, cut it into pieces and keep it on a plate. Let set for a while. After that, keep it in a box and keep it in the fridge. After this you can serve it to your guests.
