The guide line issued by the Chief Secretary will be applicable on two days i.e. 28 and 29 March in Holi. It is clear that you will have to play Holi according to the government’s Kovid guide line. There will be a ban on playing Holi in the streets and narrow streets. Also, you will not be able to use wet colors while playing Holi. Food items can only be given in disposable utensils.
