8 cashew nuts

How to make chana dal pudding
To make chana dal pudding, first wash the gram lentils. Soak chana dal in water for a few hours before making pudding. When making pudding, drain it with water and filter it and let it dry completely. After this, finely chop the almonds and cashews. Now put the dal in the mixer and grind it. After this, heat the pan and add ghee to it. After this, add ground chana dal to the ghee. Fry it for some time till it becomes golden.
After this, heat milk in a vessel. When it boils, add lentils and keep stirring. Until the lentils soak the whole milk. Now add sugar and cardamom and cook again. When the lentils start to look a bit thin and leave the pan, then your pudding is ready. Decorate it with chopped cashews, almonds and sweeten the mouths of your loved ones on this special occasion.
