KFC had 450 restaurants before the Kovid-19 epidemic. At present, the company has 480 restaurants in 130 cities of the country.
KFC will double the number of female employees
Recently, Sameer Menon said that KFC is planning to double the number of female employees in its restaurants. In India, 5,000 women employees will be involved in KFC restaurants in the next 3-4 years.
It is worth noting that currently KFC India operates two all-female restaurants. The company is trying to increase the total proportion of female employees to 40 per cent by 2024 under its ‘KFC Capacity’ (KFC Kshamata) program. At present, this ratio is 30 percent.
