2 cups wheat flour
water
2 tsp ghee
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Ground spinach

Method of making spinach puri
First of all, mix the grounded spinach in the flour (before adding water). Add ghee to the flour and mix well. Add salt to it and knead it with water. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 30 minutes. After this, roll the puris with the dough. Heat the oil and put a little puri in it and see if it swells up at a time, then fry the other pooris. It will come up at once. Press it in the center with the ladle, so that it gets puffed up. Let it be light brown on both sides. To remove excess oil, place them on absorbent paper. After this, serve it in a serving dish.
