Sanjay’s production house Bhansali Productions has ended its contract with Eros Now. Both of them have produced many super hit films together. The production house itself has given its reaction in this matter.

According to media reports, on Thursday Sanjay Leel Bhansali Pvt Limt Issued a statement saying that his company has ended all contracts with Eros International Media Limited for its films ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela-Ramleela’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani’. The company has also released information for all those who have done any kind of deal with Eros in the past for the promotion, dissemination, distribution or display of these films. Bhansali Productions has asked all such people and companies not to deal with these films further. If the news is to be believed, Eros has not yet responded to this.

Eros Now After the reshuffle of the institutional structure of the company last year, the company running it has now become Eros STX Global Corporation. The company may be calling its OTT as domestic OTT, but this company has become an American company because it is registered on the New York Stock Exchange. OTT Eros Now, which describes itself as the leading entertainment platform of South Asia, has recently entered into major agreements with some companies in Arab countries to strengthen its position.

Since this reshuffle, Sanjay Leel Bhansali’s company Bhansali Productions Private Limited has been disagreeing with Eros Now over its decisions. The biggest objection to the company was that under the new agreement of Eros, its films would be able to be seen by Eros customers even in countries where the company had sold the rights of these films to other companies. The agreement between Bhansali’s company and Eros for the promotion of films was done for fixed geographical boundaries.
