Raw Banana Tikki Making Ingredients
Raw bananas- 3
Green chili – 2
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Green peas boiled – 1/4 cup
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Red chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Amchoor- 1/4 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil – to fry
Vermicelli / Sewn crushed – 1/2 cup

Method of making raw banana tikkis

Make a mixture like this
To make raw banana tikki at home, you first boil and peel raw bananas. After this, mash them well in a bowl. Now add green chili, ginger and peas to the grinder and grind them. Now mix this mixture in the bowl where you have mashed your boiled bananas. Then add asafoetida, red chili powder, garam masala powder, mango powder and salt and mix it well.

How to make a tikki
Put oil in a pan and place it on the gas to heat it. Fill at least half the amount of oil in the pan so that the tikkis can be deep-fried. Now take the mixture that is kept in the bowl, take it a little in your hand and make it round and round in a plate. Roll these tikkis made from the mixture in a bowl in the dalai vermicelli.
