Water chestnut flour pudding
1 cup water chestnut flour
1 cup sugar
4 1/2 cups water
6 tablespoons ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp chopped almonds
The method of making singhara flour pudding
First of all heat the ghee in a pan.
Add water chestnut flour to it and fry it on a medium flame while stirring.
On the other side, place water and sugar in a pan on medium heat.
When the flour is completely roasted, add prepared syrup and cardamom powder to it. Let it boil. Turn down the heat and let the water dry completely.
During this, keep stirring the halwa continuously.
When the ghee starts coming in the sides of the pan, then understand that the pudding is completely ready.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes more.
Garnish with almonds and serve hot pudding.
