Ingredients for making pineapple sauce
1 cup coconut
2 cups ripe pineapples
2 green chillies
2 inch piece ginger
Salt to taste
1/2 cup water
2 dry red chillies
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 whole red chillies
A bunch curry leaves
How to make pineapple sauce
Cook pineapple with green chillies, ginger, salt and half a cup of water.
Keep cooking it until the pineapple becomes soft and soft in texture.
After this, take out the ginger.
Make a paste by grinding coconut and red chillies.
Then add crush mustard seeds to it. Mix them with ripe pineapple. Let it boil, then take it off the flame.
