District Disaster Management Officer of Chamoli, NK Joshi said that the bodies of all those killed in the accident that occurred late Saturday night have been recovered. He said that relief and rescue operations were started on Sunday morning after receiving information that a car fell into a ditch near Garud Ganga village between Pipalkoti and Joshimath.
