Ingredients for making onion samosa
A cup of maida
Half a cup of flour
Half a teaspoon parsley
Three onions finely chopped
Two finely chopped green chilies
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
Half a cup of powdered finely powdered
Half a teaspoon Amchur Powder

Method of preparation of Onion Samosa
First of all, mix one cup maida, half cup flour, salt, one teaspoon oil in a vessel and mix. After this, knead the dough by adding some water to it. Now cover it and keep it for a while. After this, mix the stuffing ready. Heat the oil in a pan and put the prepared mixture in it for frying, and fry it on a light flame for a while. Then turn off the heat and let it cool down. After a while make a dough of dough and roll it out. Then cut it into two halves. Now take a portion and apply water around it. Then fold it into a cone shape and put the stuffing prepared for samosas in it and close it.
