Ingredients required to make Kuttu flour pudding:
Buckwheat flour – ½ cup
Ghee – ½ cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Kuttu Flour Pudding Recipe:
1. To make Kattu flour pudding, first place a clean pan on the gas. Then add half a cup of ghee to it and let it melt. Next, add wheat flour to the pan. Stir the flour continuously with a spoon until it turns golden brown. Keep the flame medium.
2. When the aroma starts to rise in the flour, add sugar to it. With this, add 1.5 cups of water and keep stirring with a spoon until all the ingredients are mixed well.
3. Keep cooking while stirring so that the kernels do not fall into it. Cook it until the pudding becomes thick.
4. Lijia is ready, your Kuttu flour pudding is ready. Add ghee to it and eat it.
