Uttarakhand COVID-19 Update: In view of the rapid increase of corona virus infection in Uttarakhand, Tirath Rawat government released new SOP. Order to impose weekend curfew in capital Dehradun.

Dehradun. In view of the increasing pace of corona infection in Uttarakhand, the government has made the restrictions more stringent. In view of this, the Tirath Singh Rawat government has extended the duration of the night curfew in the entire state. Under the new SOP issued for the prevention of corona, there will now be a night curfew in all districts of the state from 9 am to 5 am. At the same time, the weekend curfew has been implemented in the capital Dehradun in view of the maximum impact of the corona infection. That is, there will be curfew on Saturday-Sunday in Dehradun. This order of the government has been made effective from today.

The Uttarakhand government has also issued further orders for the prevention of Kovid infection. Under this, swimming pools, spa centers and coaching institutes will be completely closed in the state. According to the order issued by Chief Secretary Om Prakash on Saturday evening, all these rules will be considered effective till the end of this month i.e. 30 April. Given the situation of Kovid, the next decision will be taken after this.

Let us tell you that in view of the corona infection in the state, the government has earlier postponed the examination going to the post of Nursing Officer, LT Assistant Teacher. Schools in three districts of Dehradun, Haridwar, Nainital have been closed till April 30. Apart from this, permission is also being given in public transport with 50 percent capacity. Only 200 persons are allowed to attend public functions. Passengers are not being given entry on all the borders from the state without a negative negative report. Rapid antigen tests are being done on the occasion of those who do not have a negative negative report.

Kovid infection is coming up in Uttarakhand very fast. After the highest number of 2402 cases reported on Friday, the situation is stirring. Seeing the seriousness of the situation, the Health Department has once again started to activate all its Covid Care Centers and Dedicated Hospitals. According to DG Health Dr. Trupti Bahuguna, the department currently has 724 ventilators, 3317 oxygen supported beds and 815 ICU beds. Which is in functional state.
