Doctors are also constantly suggesting that to avoid the second wave of corona virus, you should avoid social gathering and follow all the recommendations. Social distancing is important

Doctors say that cases of Kovid-19 are increasing in India because people are not taking common basic protective and preventive measures of caution like washing hands, wearing masks and maintaining physical distance. Social distancing is urgently needed – a distance of at least six feet. People need to understand that this virus is spreading through droplets in the air. We are at a turning point in our fight against Kovid-19 where one needs to be very careful and cautious.

No need to wear only mask

If you are wearing a mask but are not following the rules of social distancing or if your mask is under your nose then you are at risk of getting infected with Kovid-19. He said that at any time, avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Not only this, wear your mask in the right way. Wash the mask with soap or detergent and do not touch it frequently while wearing it. Only these small precautions can save your life.

How to avoid infection with Kovid virus

According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), when a suspended covid patient stays indoors, the air in that place can carry the virus for minutes to hours. Its respiratory droplets or small particles are present there depending on the air, surfaces, ventilation, temperature and humidity. In such a situation, the risk of viruses present inside the house and on the surfaces can be reduced by wearing masks continuously.

The effect lasts for at least 24 hours at the infected site.

The CDC cited a research based on epidemiologic and experimental data, saying the risk of this infection increases if you are going to a place where a person infected with Kovid-19 has also gone. This risk can be reduced only after 24 hours. In such a situation, to reduce this risk, the ventilation of that place has to be increased and one has to wait as much as possible before entering there. In these places, it is necessary to use things like masks, face shields or goggles.
