Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers Mansukh L Mandavia said that since April 12, 25 new manufacturing sites have been approved for production of Remediswear.

New Delhi. The second wave of Coronavirus has caused panic throughout the country. Every day, cases of infection are increasing rapidly. Due to Corona infection, there has been news of relief for people struggling with the huge demand and shortage of Remadecivir injection. Actually, the government has a plan to increase the production of Remdesivir, which is useful in the treatment of corona.

Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers Mansukh L Mandavia said that Since April 12, 25 new manufacturing sites have been approved for production of remedieswear. Production capacity has now increased to 90 lakh vials per month. Earlier it was 40 lakh vials per month.

He said that very soon 3 lakh vials will be produced every day. Monitoring is done on a daily basis. We will leave no stone unturned in supplying Remediswear.Record 3,32,730 new cases in last 24 hours in the country

Significantly, a record 3,32,730 new cases were reported in the country on Friday. With this, the total cases of infection in the country increased to 1,62,63,695. According to the statistics of the Union Health Ministry, more than 24 lakh people are still in the grip of infection while the death toll has reached 1,86,920 after the death of 2,263 more people. These figures of infection have been recorded at 8 am on Friday.

Maharashtra has the highest number of cases
It is noteworthy that 75.01 percent of the cases of Kovid-19 recorded in the country in the last 24 hours are from Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Karnataka, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Rajasthan. In Maharashtra, the highest number of daily cases of infection were reported to be 67,013. After this, 34,254 cases were reported in Uttar Pradesh, while 26,995 new cases of infection were registered in Kerala.
