Cottage Cheese – 200 grams
Potatoes – 2 boiled
Arrowroot – 2 teaspoons
Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
Salt – as per taste
Curd – 2 cups
Green chutney – little bit
Sweet chutney – little bit
Red chili and garlic powder

Recipe for Paneer Curd
To make Paneer Dahi Bhale, first grate the paneer in a vessel and peel the potatoes and grate them. Now add arrowroot and mix it. After this, add salt, ginger and green chili to this mixture and knead it well. Mixture for making paneer vadas is ready. After this, put oil in a pan for frying the vadas and let it heat up. Now take out a little mixture from the prepared mixture and make it round and then press it flat with your palm.

Now put the vada in hot oil. You keep putting many vadas together in a pan. Flip the vadas until they turn golden in color. Remove the fried vadas on a napkin paper lying on a plate. Likewise prepare all the vadas. Now beat the curd and add ground chili and garlic paste to it. Then mix the curd well. Now put the prepared vadas in it. After this, heat oil in the pan and add garlic, cumin and asafoetida to it and put it in the prepared vadas. Add green coriander, green chillies and chopped onions. Then serve it with sweet chutney and green chutney.
