Ingredients of Pav Bhaji:
1 1/2 tablespoon oil
4 pieces of butter, finely chopped
1 cup onions, sliced
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 cube butter
1/2 cup beet
1 tsp chili powder
3 tsp pav bhaji masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup tomato puree
A bunch of coriander leaves
1/2 cup gourd, chopped into pieces
1/2 cup capsicum
1 cup Potatoes, chopped into pieces
For POW:
butter

How to make Pav Bhaji:

To make bhaji, put the pan on the gas and grease it with oil. Now add chopped onions along with a piece of butter. Fry the onion till it turns golden brown. Now add ginger garlic paste and mix it well.

Add chopped gourd and green coriander to it, mix well, then add chopped potatoes and mix while pressing. Add chopped chakundar to it, add salt, red chili powder and pav bhaji masala, mash it well and add tomato puree.

Add bhaji masala over it and cook for 3 minutes. Your language is ready.

To make the pav:

– Turn the flame on the gas. Add butter to it. Cut the pav from the middle and burnt the pav bhaji masala over it. Put this pav on the pan and bake it on a low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
