The method of making kebab-e-banana
First of all, cut the banana in two parts and cook it in steam. Then when their steam evaporates, peel them and keep them in a mixing bowl. When it cools down, mash the bananas well. Add oil, salt, green chillies, coriander, cumin powder and black pepper and mix well. Then add flour to it and mix it well. Now apply oil on your palms. Take a little mixture and give them the shape of a tikki. Then pour some light oil in the pan and roast it from both the sides. You can also deep fry them if you want. After it is roasted, place them on tissue paper so that the extra oil comes out and serve with mint sauce.
