Ingredients for making Rabri Kheer
Rabri – 250 grams
Rice – 50 grams
Sugar – 200 grams
Cardamom Powder – half a teaspoon
Raisins – a little
Almonds – 5
Cashew – 7
Milk – 1 liter

How to make Rabri Kheer
Wash rice thoroughly, and soak it in water for half an hour. After this, remove the water and grind the rice coarsely. Put milk in a large pan and keep it to boil. When the milk comes to a boil, add ground rice to it and mix well while stirring. Now keep stirring the milk every 1-2 minutes and keep the flame on medium high. Finely chop cashews and almonds into pieces. When the rice is cooked, mix milk and rice and then add chopped cashews, almonds and raisins to the kheer. Turn off the gas when the rice and nuts are all soft and the kheer becomes thick.

Now add sugar to the kheer and also mix cardamom powder. Cover the kheer for 2 to 3 minutes so that the sugar dissolves. After a while, open the lid and stir the kheer once again. After the kheer cools down, add rabri and mix it. Kheer is ready. Take it out in a beautiful bowl. After this, garnish with finely chopped cashews and almonds and serve.
