Anand Mahindra launches Oxygen on Wheels campaign, help to fight epidemic

New Delhi. Mahindra and Mahindra is a well-known car manufacturer in the country. Seeing the growing outbreak of Corona epidemic in the country, the company has taken a new initiative to help the government and the people. In which the company will ensure the supply of oxygen cylinders across Maharashtra through its Bolero pickup truck. At the same time, Mahindra & Mahindra Chairman Anand Mahindra said that, through its 70 Bolero trucks, the company will transport oxygen cylinders from one place to another. Along with this, he told that, this facility will be started in Mumbai, Thane, Nashik and Nagpur in the next 48 hours. Maharashtra has the most patients – All states of the country are in bad condition due to corona epidemic. But the worst condition of all of these is from Maharashtra. Where more than 46 lakh corona patients have been confirmed so far. Out of which about 68 thousand people have lost their lives during treatment. In such a situation, Mahindra has started Oxygen on Wheels from Maharashtra.

This initiative will start soon in other states as well – Anand Mahindra told that, this initiative has been started in Maharashtra at present. But soon it will be extended to other states of the country. Along with this, the company has also prepared godan to keep oxygen cylinders. Where empty cylinders from the nearest oxygen plant are refilled for reuse.
