Ingredients for making mango pudding:
– Suji – 1 1/2 cups
Ghee – 1 cup
– Mango pulp – 2 cups
Milk – 1/2 cup
– dry fruits – 1 cup
– Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
– Mango Essence – 1/2 teaspoon

Method of making mango pudding:
To make the pudding, first of all, put the pan on the flame. Now add desi ghee and heat it. When the ghee becomes hot, add semolina to it and roast it while stirring occasionally. Keep in mind that semolina is not in the pan.
Now put mango pulp in the pan, add pulp and milk and cook it while stirring with a spoon.

After about 7 minutes, cook this halwa by adding other things as well. Turn off the gas after 3 to 4 minutes.
