Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat and Yoga Guru Swami Ramdev inaugurated the 150-bed Kovid Care Hospital in Haridwar. The base hospital built for Kumbh Mela has been converted into Corona Hospital. Patanjali Yogpeeth and Uttarakhand government will conduct it.
Report – Pulkit Haridwar. Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat inaugurated the 150-bed Kovid Care Hospital in Haridwar on Tuesday. The base hospital built for Kumbh Mela in North Haridwar has been converted into Kovid Care Hospital. Patanjali Yogpeeth of Swami Ramdev and Government of Uttarakhand will jointly operate this hospital. Patanjali Yogpeeth will provide medicines, nursing staff, food for patients and staff etc. in the hospital. On this occasion, Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat said that given the current conditions, this hospital will be very useful not only for Haridwar, but also for the neighboring districts. At the same time, yoga guru Baba Ramdev said that not only allopathic medicines, but also yoga and Ayurveda will try to cure corona patients in this hospital. Ramdev said that this is a 150-bed hospital, oxygen, ICU, ventilator has been arranged in it. In this, all medicines will be provided free of charge by Patanjali. In this, we have not kept any limit of medicine. Government of Uttarakhand will provide allopathy drugs here. Baba Ramdev said that this treatment has been done in a spirit of benevolence. Following the guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH, the new direction will be found from Haridwar. CM Tirath Singh Rawat Singh Rawat said that through yoga, Swami Ramdev has done work to make millions of people healthy. The manner in which Acharya Balakrishna has awakened Swamiji is not hidden from anyone. Today, Uttarakhand government and Patanjali Yogpeeth have jointly organized Kovid Hospital, it will be fully effective for the public to fight Kovid. He said that this is a big achievement for us. He said that we have enough number of ventilators. We have no shortage of oxygen here. As the number is increasing, we are also doing the work of calling immediately. He said that through the DRD, talks have been held with Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. We are going to build two hospitals of five to five hundred beds. Which will be with oxygen and it will start early.
