SII Invest in UK: Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced the deal with Indian companies just before the bilateral summit between India and UK.
New Delhi. Prior to the bilateral summit between India and the UK, Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced a deal related to the investment of one billion pounds by Indian companies, which would open up jobs for 6500 people in the UK.
Among these Indian companies also, the Serum Institute of India (SII) has signed a deal to invest the maximum of £ 24 million (about Rs 2500 crore) in the UK. SII’s motive behind this investment is to increase the company’s vaccine business in Britain and to open a new sales office there. This information was given in an official statement.
The company said in an official statement, ‘It is expected that through the sales office it will be able to reach its billion dollar business, which will be invested in the UK.
