Ingredients for making Tandoori Fruit Chaat:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup black vinegar
6 tablespoons pomegranate powder
6 tsp sugar powder
2 1/2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp chaat masala
2 medium sweet potato
1 star fruit
100 grams or a small piece of pineapple
A small piece of red, yellow and green capsicum
1/2 green apple
2 tsp cashmere
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp black pepper
Tandoori Fruit Chaat Recipe:
To make Tandoori Fruit Chaat, mix olive oil, blan sum vinegar, sugar boora, pomegranate, chaat masala, garam masala, roasted cumin and Kashmiri red chilli in a bowl and mix.
Now add black salt and coarsely ground black pepper and mix it well.
– Add green apple, star fruit, boiled sweet potato, pineapple and all three types of capsicum and keep it covered for one to half an hour.
Now put them in the seek and cook in the oven. Serve hot only. Add lemon juice on top and sprinkle black pepper and garnish.
