Ingredients for making Mango-Mint Lassi
2 large mangoes
4 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons fresh mint leaves finely chopped
1 tsp star anise powder
1 teaspoon small cardamom powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 cups plain milk or yogurt
A little bit of mint leaves to garnish
To make Mango-Mint Lassi, firstly peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.
– Put mango, mint, curd and then all the ingredients in the blender and blend until blended well.
– Open the blender and check it once. If all the ingredients are well blended, then add ice cube to it and stir the blender once more.
Now pour lassi in a glass and garnish it with mint leaves and drink it cold and cold.
